Job Overview:
Society Brands is a dynamic portfolio of health and wellness brands dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily warehouse operations for 8 different brands, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, shipping and receiving, and team leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Warehouse Operations Management
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all warehouse processes comply with company policies and safety regulations.
- Monitor and improve workflow to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
· Team Leadership and Supervision
- Manage, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance.
- Assign tasks, set performance goals, and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a safe and inclusive work environment while promoting teamwork.
· Safety and Compliance
- Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards promptly.
- Provide training on proper handling of equipment and materials.
· Inventory Control and Logistics
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
- Coordinate shipment, deliveries and returns with suppliers and customers.
- Implement best practices for inventory management to minimize loss and maximize efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Warehouse management role, preferably within e-commerce, or Amazon environments.
· Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.
· Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics.
· Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment when needed.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role in a warehouse setting.
