The Customer Success Representatives are responsible for ensuring that customers maximize value from using our products and works with key customers to ensure that they understand the products and are able to use their full capabilities. They create strong relationships with customer representatives and turn them into advocates. They stay on top of issues and collaborate with our Support and Product teams to solve problems in a timely fashion. Depending on the size of the customer they can develop individual strategies to monitor progress again customer success goals and objectives.
