The role
As a key member of the Leadership Team, the VP of Product Management plays a critical role in defining and driving product strategy, fostering innovation, and enabling high-performing product teams. This leader champions customer-centric, outcome-driven product development, ensuring that teams are empowered to solve meaningful problems in ways that create real value for both customers and the business. They will balance strategic priorities with tactical execution, using deep market insights, strong product vision, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our offerings.
Where you’ll work
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in office three days a week in our Austin, Texas location.
What you’ll be doing
Defines and communicates a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives and customer needs.
Ensures that product teams are focused on outcomes over output, solving the most valuable problems rather than just delivering features.
Challenges feature requests that do not align with strategic objectives, guiding teams toward impactful solutions.
Partners with the executive team to shape business strategy and advocate for product-led growth.
What you’ll need
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in Product Management with at least four years of experience leading product management teams
In-depth understanding of user experience and design
Strong collaborator and communicator with an analytical mindset and rigor for documentation
Demonstrated record of implementing operational and data-driven processes
Able to think holistically and connect the dots between enterprise-level tools and end-user experiences
Experience with working directly with engineering and design, utilizing agile frameworks
Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects involving internal and external clients
Experience improving user experiences and advocating for change
