We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team at Embrace Pet Insurance. The DevOps Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our CI/CD pipelines and automations, supporting a 5 development teams (20-30 people currently). This role will involve working closely with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Bicep, Containers, and Microsoft Azure services, with a focus on improving deployment processes, enhancing security measures, and optimizing site reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop CI/CD pipelines for deployment to Azure, including automated testing and security scans.
Administer Azure tenant and provide support to the development team for Azure-related tasks.
Collaborate with development and IT teams to ensure smooth deployment processes and optimal system performance.
Contribute to the adoption of Azure Container Apps, including Docker containerization and deployment.
Monitor and improve DORA (DevOps Research and Assessment) metrics to enhance team productivity and delivery speed.
Assist in enhancing site reliability through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts.

5+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role, with a focus on Azure DevOps, GitHub, Containers, and Microsoft Azure.
Proficiency in Docker and containerized applications.
Experience supporting a variety of programming languages, including .NET, Python, and front-end technologies.
Strong command-line skills with proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with DORA metrics and best practices in DevOps and site reliability engineering.
Experience with Azure PaaS, IaaS, and Serverless Compute Setup
Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, Terraform, or similar technology.
