Pilot Flying J is hiring a CDL A Local Fuel Transport Driver in Kingman, AZ to transport fuel products (gas, diesel, DEF, bio-diesel and renewable diesel) locally to our facilities throughout the Kingman area. Drivers will start on the night shift, be home daily, enjoy exceptional benefits and career growth opportunities.
Compensation
- Annual Pay: $93,000
- Overtime pay after 40 hours worked
- Bonuses:
- Driver Referral Bonus: $1,000, paid at 30 days and 60 days of the referred drivers employment
- Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, & Schedule
- Home time: Home daily, no overnights
- Schedule: 5 days on, 2 consecutive days off, specific days will vary
- Drivers will start on the night shift
- 55-60 hours per week
- Route: Local routes around Kingman, AZ area
- Level of Touch: Load and unload
- Slip seating
Equipment
- Newer model fleet (average age of two years)
- 2019-2022 Model trucks - Volvo, Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt
- Best in class features:
- Anti-Lock Braking Systems
- Roll Stability Control on both tractors and trailers
- Forward Collision Mitigation
- Adaptive Cruise Control
- Lane Departure Warning
- AI Cameras
- Manual Transmission
- Forward & driver facing cameras, event triggered
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid CDL A license
- Hazmat, Tanker endorsements required prior to employment
- Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer within the last 3 years
- Can not have automatic restriction
- No DUI/DWI in the past five year and no careless/reckless driving citations or revoked/suspended license in the past two years
- No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Criminal background check required
- Must be able to pass a complete DOT physical, drug screen including hair follicle testing and road test
- Driver must live within 45 miles of Kingman, AZ
