Provide Insight Into and Optimize Marketing Performance and budget
- Develop performance metrics across our Marketing team, working closely with CMO on guiding strategic planning through cost-benefit analysis
- Build transparency, communications, and alignment practices around goal-setting across the marketing team
- Own the marketing budgetary responsibility-- guiding direction of marketing financial investments and governance across the marketing team
- Work closely with the analytics team to build forecasts, establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for our various marketing teams, and make data driven recommendations on future investments
- Lead the marketing team through KPI reporting and data analysis that tracks marketing activity performance to enable data-driven decisions, and optimization of our investments.
- Share budget and planning best practices within and across the marketing department
Identify and implement key tools and processes—that drive efficiencies and strong collaboration across the team
- Guide marketing team leaders in setting clear and achievable goals through monthly, quarterly, and yearly planning meetings.
- Provides and develops strategy and direction on how we operate as a marketing organization. This includes Designing, implementing and maintaining all operational policies to support collaboration and communication throughout the marketing and partner teams
- Institute, maintain and optimize the scalable processes needed for a Fortune 10 enterprise.
- Lead internal communication that provide clarity around our Marketing processes, goals, and results
- Oversee our x-marketing technology and tools, and working with IT on integrating the marketing ecosystem and technologies into the overall organizational infrastructure.
- Educate, train and support marketing colleagues around marketing tools and processes to ensure team alignment and consistency
- Govern processes to ensure we are adhering to best practices and compliant to legal and brand guidelines
Catalyze team culture and growth
- This person will work closely with CMO, supporting cross-functional team leadership, and touch points to the broader marketing team
- Drive a team that works closely with HR to anticipate growth opportunities and training, where we can learn and grow
- Direct a team covering multiple operational disciplines, that catalyzes our team culture and growth
- Understand the team pulse via employee surveys and other means, and help drive a strong culture and results-driven mindset across the team
Collaborate with Stakeholders to drive results
- Build transparency, communications, and alignment practices with our key stakeholders around shared goals
- Be an essential voice of marketing impact and performance insights throughout the organization
- Partner with senior leaders across finance, operations, corporate strategy, legal, compliance, data & analytics, sales and marketing to design, develop and maintain critical metrics to enable data-driven decisions. Establish forecasts, and pivots and triggers with our partner teams
- Analyzes and synthesizes input from external partners to anticipate trends and influence marketing strategy
Lead Capacity and resource planning :
- Effectively manage marketing talent in-house and external (agencies and vendor suppliers) – including contracting, onboarding, learning and development for new skillsets, resource planning, and gap analysis
- Manage the capacity planning for traffic and project management resources against highest priority efforts
- Rationalize our Agency-on-record for each domain to enable agility in the market

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at CoverMyMeds. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$110,100 - $183,500
