Position Overview:
BIOHM Health Inc. is currently searching for a highly motivated B2B Marketing Manager to join our growing team and assist in the national roll out of our unique microbiome-based and clinically studied ingredient offerings. You will report directly to the Vice President of Ingredients Sales.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for:
Strategic Planning:
- Conducting research, identifying and analyzing customer channels, verticals, market segments, and trends, and devising strategic plans to leverage these market opportunities.
- Supporting the growth initiatives of all BIOHM branded ingredients in the B2B sector under the guidance of our Vice President of Ingredients Sales.
- Strategically developing and implementing BIOHM’s marketing plan, strategy, and budget to ensure alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Developing an Annual Marketing Budget inclusive of all industry B2B conferences and trade shows in conjunction with our VP of Ingredient Sales.
Branding & Positioning:
- Managing and enhancing BIOHM's brand image of our nutraceutical ingredients; ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence across all marketing channels.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with our B2B customers.
- Establishing and overseeing crucial connections with key contacts and industry leaders within the nutraceutical PR firm domain.
- Working with the BIOHM sales and in-house creative teams to create Sales Sheets, PowerPoint® Presentations and other necessary Sales and Marketing collateral.
Lead Generation & Management
- Developing, implementing, and utilizing lead management systems and B2B email campaigns to engage cold leads and prospects into warm leads and prospects for the sales team.
- Serving as a co-administrator of our CRM system (Pipedrive®) alongside our Vice President of Sales.
Trade Shows, Events & PR:
- Planning, Managing and Executing trade shows, conferences, and events.
All other responsibilities and projects as required:
- Supporting BIOHM’s overall B2B sales operations.
- Contributing to the strategic development processes and leading efforts in special projects to improve BIOHM's overall profitability and performance.
Desired Skills and Experience
- BA in Marketing or related discipline required.
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, market research, product management, marketing communications, advertising, or direct marketing.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the nutraceutical industry, specifically with branded ingredients. Experience with microbiome specific ingredients (prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics) is a plus.
- Experience administering CRM systems – Salesforce® CRM or Pipedrive® CRM preferred.
- Extremely strong written and oral communications skills are essential.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Above-average presentation skills are required.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills to develop and execute multiple complex projects simultaneously to meet. overlapping deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in chaotic start-up environment with many unknowns and changing objectives.
- Creative and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work dynamically and professionally in a team setting.
- Must be a self-starter, quick learner and able to work independently.
